Accessing the PDF Version of the Digital SAT Workbook

In this help resource, we guide you through
(1) granting a student access to the PDF version of the Digital SAT Workbook and (2) downloading your own copy of the PDF version of the Digital SAT Workbook - Instructor Edition.

💻 Log into your custom myPREPcourse portal.

Log into [location].[organization].myprepcourse.com using your instructor/manager account.

1. Click "Students"

2. Click the student's name

Use the filters and search box to locate the student for whom you want to generate a PDF copy of the DSAT Workbook - Student Edition.

3. Click "Menu"

4. Click "Profile"

In the dropdown menu, choose "Profile" to view the student's profile.
Note: you'll also have the option to Impersonate the student (i.e., open a new tab in your browser where you're logged in as the student), view the student's Profile, Email the student, or Archive the student's account.

5. Confirm email address.

In the next step, you'll be triggering an automated email to the email address listed in your student's Contact Information. Make sure that the email has been entered correctly.
If you need to update the student's email address, make the changes and then click "Update Student." Then proceed to the next step.

6. Click "Send Workbook Email"

Scroll down to find the box marked "Email Options" that includes options for sending automated emails to your student. Clicking the last option, "Send Workbook Email," triggers an automated email containing a link to download a the PDF version of the Digital SAT Workbook - Student Edition.

7. Receive Confirmation

Watch for the confirmation pop-up at the bottom of the screen, indicating that your student has been sent a Workbook Email.

8. Click "Close"

Once you've confirmed that the email was sent, click Close.

📕 Instructor Workbook - PDF Version

Follow these steps to download a copy of the Instructor Edition DSAT Workbook.

9. Click "Dashboard"

Log into your Instructor/Manager account and click "Dashboard" on the Menu.

10. Click "Download Workbook"

11. Receive Confirmation

Watch for the confirmation pop-up at the bottom of the screen, indicating that an automated email has been sent to your email address. In that email, you'll find a link to download a PDF copy of the Digital SAT Workbook - Instructor Edition.
