How do I schedule an Instructor Onboarding Session?

Is there a charge to schedule an Instructor Onboarding Session?

No. This service is offered free while we continue to build out additional training and support resources for instructors.

Can I arrange for multiple instructors to attend an onboarding session?

Absolutely! The more the merrier. In fact, if you represent a single location that is part of a larger organization, please feel free to invite owners and instructors from another location at the same organization.

How is the session hosted?

Sessions are hosted on Zoom (unless other arrangements are made).

How long does a session typically take?

Sessions typically last between 35 and 45 minutes. We book 55-minute time slots to allow plenty of time for questions.  

Is the session conducted live or prerecorded?

Each session is conducted live.

Can I get a recording of my Instructor Onboarding Session?

Absolutely! We'll make sure that all registered attendees receive a link to access the session recording.
