Activating a Student Account
Activating a Student Account
1. Log into your instructor account.
If you're having trouble finding the student's inactive account, enter the student's name or email into the search bar and press enter. If you still don't see the student's name on your list, you may be looking for an SAT prep student among your ACT prep students. Use the slider in the top right to filter for the correct prep course.
If you still cannot find the account belonging to the inactive student, try clicking "Show Filters" to access additional tools to narrow or expand(!) your search results. For example, try adjusting the filters to include archived students in your search results. That way, you'll see the student's account even if it has been archived by mistake.
3. Click the "Action" icon.
7. Copy and paste a valid license code into the field and then click "Activate."
Your student's account is now active. At this point, you can add the student to a group class or begin assigning workbook lessons, worksheets, practice tests, and sessions.
