Managing Student Enrollment

Managing Student Enrollment

How to Enroll Students in SAT Prep, ACT Prep, or BOTH

This article focuses on managing a Student's Enrollment. The action of enrolling a student is NOT the same as activating a student's account so that they can access the course.

Every new account created begins as an Inactive Account. Until that account has been activated, it may only be assigned one practice test — nothing else. That means no workbook lessons, worksheets, or additional practice tests can be assigned to the student until after the student's account has been activated.

IMPORTANT: Whether or not the account has been activated, the student may be enrolled in either the SAT, ACT, or BOTH; however, until their account has been activated (see: Account Activation), will be limited to taking one practice test.
Before activating the student's account, the instructor may only assign one practice test to the student. After activating the account, the instructor may assign unlimited lessons, worksheets, and tests to the student.
IMPORTANT: A student with an inactive account CANNOT be added to Group Class that has already had a course template applied because inactive students cannot receive any lessons, worksheets, or practice tests (besides their initial free practice test).

This Video Provides Information on:

1. Switching Courses (Switching a student from SAT prep to ACT prep or vice versa)

2. Dual Enrollment (Enrolling a Student in SAT and ACT prep)*
