Resetting Your Password

Resetting Your Password

Resetting Your Password

  1. Go to your myPREPcourse portal.
Make sure that you're at the URL for your organization (and your specific location —  if applicable).

Note: your portal's login screen may appear different than this one; however, the Login interface will still be the same.

Enter your email and password in the required fields and click Login.
The next screen you see will be your account dashboard.

Logging in for the first time

If this is your first time logging into your account – or if you reset your password since your last login – you will need to choose a new password before logging in. No biggie. Here's how it works.

  1. Locate the Welcome Email you received when your account was created.
Use the link in that email to set-up your new password.

Note: The link to set your password in the welcome email can only be used once. If you have already used the link and forgotten the password you chose, then you'll need to follow the remaining steps below.

If you're having trouble finding that email, try searching your email archive for "myprepcourse."Also, be sure to check your spam folder. Those sneaky little guys sometimes gobble up non-spam emails when they get bored. Still can't find it? No biggie, just reset your password.

Resetting your password

  1. On the login screen, click Forgot Password.

  2. When the Forgot Password screen appears, enter your email and click Reset Password
  3. After a moment, you will receive an automated email that includes a link to set your password. Click the link
  4. Enter a new password. Enter it again to confirm. And click Save.
  5. You will be redirected back to the initial login screen. Remember, you can only log in through your location's custom URL. Enter your email and newly chosen password

TIP: Most often, when someone is having trouble logging in, they're trying to log in through the wrong URL. If you get a message that your email or password is not recognized, check the URL. If you're not sure you're in the right place, you can confirm your URL by contacting help@myprepcourse.com
